The condo was fantastic and the location was great! The building was clean and the pool was amazing. The BTS station was just a minute's walk away, making it easy to get around. There were also shops and massage places nearby, which was a bonus. The room itself was spacious enough for my family, with a separate kitchen area and a nice bathroom. The shower was the best we had during our time in the city.

There were a couple of downsides. our neighbor was quite noisy, practicing electric guitar and playing loud music late at night and early in the morning.

We had a great stay in Bangkok close enough to a night market with so many options of Thai, restaurants, Bangkok. We loved helpful staff and host. The location of the property was favourable. Phra Khanong subway station nearby.

This air-conditioned apartment is a dream come true for me as a bike rider. After a long day of exploring, I can relax on the comfy sofa and watch my favorite movies on the flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The en suite bathroom with a refreshing shower and a hairdryer is just what I need to freshen up after a sweaty bike ride. The kitchen in this apartment is a lifesaver. I can easily prepare a quick meal or snack whenever I want, saving me time and money. Having a microwave in the apartment is a convenient feature. I can warm up leftovers or make a quick cup of tea without any hassle. The washing machine in the apartment is a game-changer for me. I can wash my cycling gear and have them ready for the next adventure in no time.

Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still find the shower enjoyable.

I always come back to this amazing place because it feels like home. The staff helped me return my belongings once, which I appreciated. With Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen amenities, and fitness center, it has everything I need. Can't wait to return this weekend!

With two energetic kids under the age of 12, our stay at Bangkok Feliz Sukumvit69 was a breeze! The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk to the BTS station and we were able to explore all of Bangkok's attractions easily. The spacious apartment provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. It was also a bonus to have a washing machine in the apartment, making laundry a breeze. a great accommodation choice for families with children.

For dads, it would be great to have a small playground for the children to play in within the hotel premises.

I stayed at the trendy Bum’s studio in a spacious and clean apartment, feeling like a Bangkok resident. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Phrakanong BTS station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. Bum and her brother were extremely helpful, providing everything I needed and responding to messages instantly. The apartment had modern furnishings, including a steamer and clothing iron. a fantastic stay with a kind owner.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This modern condo is in a fantastic location, next to the Phra Khanong Skytrain station. It is surrounded by delicious eateries and is close to the vibrant Prakhanong market. The room is spacious and clean, with a separate kitchen corner and a luxurious bathroom. The building offers a fantastic pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking and the proximity to the Skytrain for easy transport.

The only downside is that some guests may find the lighting in the room to be on the bright side.

felix sukumvit69 was a delightful surprise. the owner, khun gift, was incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and a night market. the studio itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities. highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Feliz Sukumvit69! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the BTS station. We loved that there were plenty of food options nearby, especially at W DISTRICT. The towels provided were of excellent quality, and having a washing machine in the apartment was a convenient bonus. The host was responsive and even provided us with the big mugs we requested on our first night.

stayed here again, absolute perfection! Fantastic location, clean and comfy with all the amenities you need. Great for a quiet spot in central Bangkok. Highly recommend Feliz Sukumvit69.
